The video course consists of 20 videos and contains comments in English and Russian.
Each video is dedicated to a separate topic, this is done for ease of use.
The course is located on YouTube and consists of two main parts:
The first part is on land. Here I explain the nuances of each phase of the arm stroke and each phase of the leg stroke. Dry land exercises are essential to developing breaststroke diving skills, including developing the rowing muscles.
The second part is the swimming pool. In it I give exercises for arms and legs. In-depth study and improvement of techniques for each limb. Exercises and practical tips for achieving optimal stroke technique.

Basics of Hand and Leg Swimming Technique:
- Analysis of the phases of hand and leg swimming.
- Specifics of each phase and their importance in technique.
- Exercises to increase mobility and flexibility, contributing to the improvement of swimming technique.
- Muscle strengthening:
- Exercises aimed at strengthening the muscles necessary for effective swimming.
- Preparing muscles for the required movements in the water.
In the second part of the course, in the pool, we will focus on practical skill development:
Fundamentals of Hand Swimming Technique:
- In-depth instruction on hand swimming technique
- Body position in the water
- Breath control and stroke rhythm
Fundamentals of Leg Swimming Technique:
- Comprehensive training in leg swimming technique
- Coordination of leg movements
- Starts and turns at the wall
Refinement of Hand and Leg Technique:
- In-depth study and improvement of technique for each limb
- Exercises and practical tips for achieving optimal swimming technique
